  • A personal 5K trainer that is PERFECT for beginners (C25K stands for “Couch to 5K”)
  • Provides an 8 week program of just 3 runs per week
  • Listen to your own music as the audio coach tells you when to run and when to walk
  • Anecdotally, I’ve heard it’s gotten lots of people to love running!

  • Listen to your favorite music while the story unfolds through radio messages and voice-recorded instructions
  • While you run, you automatically collect supplies that you take back to “civilization”
      • Comes with 40 missions co-created with award-winning novelist Naomi Alderman
